United for Lívia is a fundraising campaign with strictly charitable purposes, dedicated to supporting the treatment of Lívia, an 8-year-old girl with a rare facial tumour. 100% of the funds raised go to her medical treatment, surgery and required medication.

Donations are voluntary, made free of charge, and do not entitle the donor to any material counterpart. The minimum amount is €15. Payments are securely processed by card via Viva.com.

After payment confirmation, you will receive a thank-you message. If you want a formal donation receipt, request it by email at contact@unitedforlivia.com, including your full name, tax ID (where applicable) and amount.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information;
• Not use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• Not attempt to access, alter or damage technical components of the site.

All site content (text, images, brand, code) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior authorisation, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Although we strive to ensure the availability and accuracy of information, we cannot guarantee that the site will be free of errors or technical interruptions. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page.

These terms are governed by European Union law and the national law of the donor's country of residence, where applicable. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the donor's place of residence in the European Union.
